Where:   Emmarentia Eventide Elderly home

Purpose:   The purpose of the outreach was to provide healthy produce of fruit and vegetables for an elderly home in need. To be part of providing necessary dietary requirements for elderly. To assist in keeping them healthy and well during this pandemic and providing spiritual care.

What was done and how it was accomplished:   CDM staff went to the fruit and vegetable market to purchase fruit and vegetables for Emmarentia Eventide elderly Home.

The process included the following purchase of vegetables and fruit.

The statistical break-out of our activities is as follows:  37 elderly and 6 staff members were impacted.

The following goods were supplied:
Veg combo 1potato pocket 7 kg/1 onion bag3kg  x 4, 5 buzzing blueberry tubes X 2 , BULK COMBO (potatoes/onions/butternut bag/carrot bag X1), Carrots thrift packs  x 3, Beetroot thrift pack  x 3, Sweetcorn punnets R2  x 5, Green pepper thrift packs 2 x 4, Tomatoes thrift packs 2 x 4, English cucumber 3 x 3, Broccoli 3  x 3, Nectarine and yellow peaches Peaches 2 X 3, Pineapples 2 for 2, Watermelons 4, Spanspek 3 X 3, 4 unit of apples , 4 unit Bananas , 4 unit Oranges, 4 unit Pears , 4unit Peaches

The impact: Creflo Dollar Ministries continues to build and serve the relationship with Emmarentia Eventide elderly home. They are an essential part of our community as they provide care for the elderly. As a ministry we are grateful to meet their spiritual and physical need.
