Shipping / Postage charges will depend on the following factors:
- Weight of the parcel.
- Shipping address, whether local (with South Africa or outside South Africa).
- Shipping option; local postage, foreign postage or speed post.
- Credit Cards – Visa and Master via a secure payments page hosted by PayGate
EFT / Bank Deposit – You are welcome to transfer the funds into our bank account using the instructions supplied in your email confirmation after placing the order. - COD – when collecting your order from the Creflo Dollar Ministries Office in Randpark Ridge, Johannesburg.
Delivery on average takes 10 to 14 working days (Post Office delivery dependent).
After ordering we wait receipt of funds to reflect. When the funds reflect in our account we process your order and produce the item. The order is normally dispatched from our office within 24-48 hours of funds received. You will contacted with a tracking number via telephone or email, to ensure that you receive your parcel as the Post Office does not always provide collection slips.
You will receive a packing slip with your order reflecting all the neccesary information about your order (including VAT).
The provision of goods and services by Creflo Dollar Ministries is subject to availability. Our commitment to you: Creflo Dollar Ministries will replace free of charge any defective product returned within 60 days from date of purchase. Simply attach the return label provided on front of the packing slip to the outside of the package and it will return to us at no cost to you. Please use the return label on package slip for return and damaged merchandise.
